Developed for Adriatic 42 in Bijela, our proposal introduced a new hospitality and lifestyle layer within Montenegro’s superyacht refit yard. The masterplan brought together a yacht club, dining and bar venues, event and business spaces, pop-up retail, and a curated Cattaro Yachting office and showroom - creating a destination for owners, captains, crew and the wider yachting community. Rooted in the maritime character of the Bay of Kotor, the concept paired operational purpose with an elevated social experience, strengthening Adriatic 42’s vision as a year-round yachting hub.
