An elegant and highly functional office designed for a real estate firm in Al Qana, Abu Dhabi. The challenging narrow layout was carefully optimized to create a compact yet spacious-feeling environment, incorporating community tables, two manager offices, a CEO office, two projection rooms, a Majlis, prayer room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The design combines organic forms and fluid architectural elements with microcement, glass, brushed gold, and a sophisticated palette of blue-green and earthy tones. The result is a contemporary workspace that balances functionality, privacy, and a refined sense of identity.
